The 2024 UEFA Champions League final will be decided at the iconic Wembley Stadium on Saturday 1 June.

🎟️ If you don’t have a ticket, don’t travel to the stadium.

Ticket holder checks will be in place, so anyone without a ticket will be unable to get close to the stadium. Don't attempt to buy tickets from the secondary market – you won't be able to enter the stadium without a legitimate ticket.

There are no Fan Zones around Wembley Stadium, so it's best to head to the Champions Festival sites across London to enjoy the buzz of the final!

🚨 Stadium rules

When planning your matchday, keep in mind that stadium rules for the 2024 UEFA Champions League final may differ from the usual regulations at the stadium.

🎒 Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.

🔋You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.

🪪 Make sure you have a valid form of ID on you. If requested, proof of identity must be shown to enter the stadium in the form of an official document.

🚭 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium.

🚰 It is not permitted to bring water bottles into the stadium but they will be sold at concession stands. Free water in cups will be available from refillable water stations inside the stadium.

🍺 Taking alcohol to your seat is not allowed. Alcohol can be purchased from concessions but must be consumed on the stadium concourse.

🚫 Check out the list of forbidden items. Remember, umbrellas and professional cameras are not permitted inside the stadium. You can download the full stadium rules for more information.

⚠️ We strongly advise supporters to arrive at Wembley four hours before kick-off.

👮🏽 Additional security and ticket checks will be in operation outside Wembley Stadium. Allow sufficient time to get through all checkpoints.

Refer to your mobile ticket for your entrance colour zone. The quickest route into the stadium is by following the signage for the colour zone.

Please ensure you enter via the correct turnstile. You will only be able to enter the stadium in the colour zone that is displayed on your mobile ticket.

🚫 No Street Drinking zone

A Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) is in operation around Wembley Stadium:

Street Drinking – There is a strict no street drinking policy on Olympic Way and the surrounding areas of Wembley Stadium. Don’t bring any alcoholic drinks as they’ll be confiscated. Supporters wanting alcohol before the game should head to the licensed bars or restaurants in the area or enter the stadium, where alcohol will be sold on the concourses. 

Pyrotechnics  The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke devices inside or outside Wembley Stadium is prohibited.

🌱 Make your pledge!

Mastercard has partnered with Pledgeball, a leading sport and sustainability charity, as part of UEFA's Champions Innovate Programme. This accelerator programme gives UK-based sustainability charities a platform to develop their climate change solutions in partnership with big brands.

Ambassadors will be on Olympic Way and around the stadium encouraging fans to make pledges in support of the two teams in the final.

If you see them coming your way, make sure to stop and have a conversation about how you can combine your love for football with climate action.

🏟️ At the stadium

🍺 Alcohol policy inside Wembley Stadium

Alcohol can be purchased from concessions inside the stadium but must be consumed on the concourse.

As part of the Challenge 25 scheme, you may be asked to prove your age by showing a valid form of ID, even if you’re over 18 but look under 25 – take it as a compliment for looking youthful!

🧣 Fan Shops

There will be several official Fan Shops outside and inside the stadium, where you can stock up on all your favourite UEFA Champions League gear such as t-shirts, hats and individual match scarves.

📍 Locations:

4 shops along Olympic Way, open 12:00 - 20:00.

5 shops on the outer concourse, directly outside the stadium, open from 16:00.

4 shops per level inside the stadium on levels 1, 2 and 5, open from 16:00.

In addition, multiple stalls selling matchday programmes will be in operation from 16:00 on Olympic Way and on levels 1, 2 and 5 inside the stadium.

🛍️Shopping bags

Any items you buy will be placed in a clear plastic bag that you will be allowed to take into the stadium. This won't affect your baggage allowance, so you can still bring an A4-sized bag if needed.

💳 Cashless stadium

Wembley is a cashless stadium. Please bring credit cards, debit cards or mobile devices that allow contactless payment.

🍔 Food: Hot meals such as burgers, chicken & chips, hot dogs and pies, plus confectionery and crisps.
Vegan and / or vegetarian options are available at each fixed concession.
Specialist dietary requirements? Ask for an allergen sheet to guide you to an appropriate food offer.
🥤 Soft drinks: An assortment of beverages including Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Tango and 7UP.
🍺 Alcohol: A range of drinks including Heineken, Inch’s Cider and Heineken 0.0 alcohol-free beer.
📍 Locations: The stadium concourse and kiosks directly outside the stadium.

📜 Keep an eye out for carbon labels on your menus

UEFA and Just Eat have worked with My Emissions to carbon label the food at the UEFA Champions League final. Look out for cloud icons with A-E ratings on the menu boards in the stadium.

Just Eat is also providing fully compostable plastic-free food packaging at Wembley Stadium concession stands, which is made from seaweed based coating.

Stadium entry & security

How early should I arrive at the stadium?

Gates will open at 16:00 for a 20:00 kick-off. We recommend getting to the stadium at least 4 hours before the start of the match as additional ticket and security checks will be in place.

Can I use any entrance at the stadium to get to my seat?

Please only use the coloured entrance displayed on your mobile ticket. If you arrive at a different entrance, you will be turned away and asked to find the one stated on your ticket.

Once I enter the stadium, can I leave and come back in?

Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in.

If I'm late to the match, can I still enter after kick-off?

You’ll still be able to enter the stadium as long as you have a valid ticket and the security situation allows it.

Is there a minimum age to attend the match?

Children under the age of 2 will not be permitted entry into the stadium for the 2024 UEFA Champions League final.

Do young children need a match ticket?

Yes, everyone must hold a valid match ticket in order to enter the stadium – no exceptions. Ticket holders between the ages of 2 and 14 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult, who will be responsible for them.

What if I have a problem / emergency at the stadium? Who can I speak to?

In case of emergency on-site, or if you need emergency assistance with anything, please contact the nearest steward who will be able to help.

What if I have a problem with my match ticket? Is there somewhere at the stadium I can visit?

If you are experiencing issues with the UEFA Mobile Tickets app or your UEFA ticketing account, visit our Mobile Tickets FAQs or the UEFA Champions League final tickets FAQs.

If you’re unable to resolve your issues before arriving in London, head to the Ticketing Centre located in Wembley Arena. The centre will be open on:

➡️ Friday 31 May between 16:00 – 19:00

➡️ Saturday 1 June between 14:00 – 20:30

You will be asked to provide valid proof of ID (the same ID used when purchasing the tickets and/or used for the UEFA Mobile Tickets app), so make sure you have it!


Packing & prohibited items 🚫

Can I bring a flag into the stadium?

You can bring flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1cm in diameter and banners or flags that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m.


Stadium facilities 🏟️

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

We highly recommend not bringing a bag with you on matchday. Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed inside the stadium.

Can I smoke inside the stadium? What about e-cigarettes?

Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium. This policy includes e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products.

Food & drink 🍟🍺

Can I bring my own food, snacks or drinks into the stadium? What if I need to bring specific food or drinks for medical reasons or my medication?

No, you’re not allowed to bring your own food or drinks, including alcohol.

Please note that drinks containers, whether full or empty, cannot be taken into the stadium.

If you need to bring something for medical reasons that’s not permitted according to the stadium rules, you can apply for an exemption.

To make an exemption request, please submit a form on Wembley Stadium's website.

Will alcohol be sold at the stadium?

Alcohol sales will take place from concessions but must be consumed on the stadium concourse. In accordance with local laws, taking alcohol to your seat is prohibited.

What languages will the menus at the concession stands be available in?

Menus will be available in English.
